Does it give you a message when it does not accept the card?
Some pre-paid Visa cards charge a fee when you activate the card and charge a fee when you use it. The fees could have put your balance below $25.00.
The best thing to do is what  ErikV stated. Go to help > Contact Us > DPChallenge - Administrative Inquiry.
