Nice enough portrait, I prefer to shoot portraits above the waist level

Merry Christmas! I think there is too much difference in heights. Maybe try having one of you sit on the arm of the couch. Also, the white shirt is a little distracting.

I like it, try to bring them to more equal of heights and leave a bit more room to the right of the girl.
