Me senses K10DGuy might be a little bored today...
SO how about a little side challenge for us (and everyone else that sees this in time - and that are not busy cooking turkey)...
Starting now we get until 8 PM EDT to compose and photograph something indoors (it's dark outside here in Norway). The picture with the most comments by the same time tomorrow is the winner.
About the actual challenge details: To make it fair so we see it at the same time...
1) Look at the posting time of the first reply to this message and write down the seconds (ie: if the posting time was 01:54:23 - write down 23).
2) Go to the Challenge Suggestions forum and count the 54th challenge from the last suggestion.
3) this will be the topic.

I'm on the west coast, and that only leaves me less than 3 hours to get a shot, 2 of which I'll be out of the house doing errands and dropping kids off at kindergarten and the like. Sure - we could make it 12 hours? so until 0300 EDT?
I don't know, it's kind of the wrong time for this kind of thing, what with U.S. Thanksgiving taking over the WORLD!!.. but it doesn't have to be that long.
How about we make it 5pm PDT (8pm EDT). That gives people enough time to eat their dinners in the east, and gives the west coasters time before they start theirs, and we might actually get some participation.
I'd also re-edit your original post to just state the challenge idea, when the end time(s) are, EXACTLY what we're doing, and lessen the confusion (I had to read that 8 times to get it. lol).

I can't play. I just got back to the house, and have to leave in 5 minutes again. The day, ever since noon, has conspired against me.
That' OK. It was a bit impulsive anyway and only meant to give you a challenge since you seemed so bored. And "shoehorn" wasn't exactly the easiest challenge to shoot :D
