You can buy 20X30 foam core boards for about $4 at wal-mart, craft stores, etc., and mount your prints yourself. I've been doing them for a few years now.
All you need is 3M PhotoMount and your prints. Will save you a fortune if you do lots of them.

I've thinking of trying it. How do you keep the glue from getting all over as well as keep the prints lined up well with sharp edges?

I throw a huge drop cloth down on the floor and spray everything there. Its covered with glue, but I've used the same one for probably 2 years. The key to nice edges is to mount the prints first - THEN use a sharp utility knife to cut them out. As long as you mount first, cut last you get good edges everytime. The only time its not possible to trim them after is when you mount a 20x30 print on a 20x30 board. Then you just have to be very careful to line everything up right the first time.
i can't imagine doing this to a 20x30.. every peice of foamcore i've seen will bend & if you glue a differnt material to it - it'll bend more .. (thermal contraction/expantion)
