Thanks Erin. I'll contact them, although I am a little less worried about this site. They don't look to be making any money off this and advertising. I'll probably just request either a credit or they take it down. That shot shows up occasionally in photograph collages that get posted on blogs. It's entirely possible the site got it from one of those.

Hmm, I never heard back from them, but they took the image down. I guess they figured I was going to get all angry.

That's too bad - if people would just ask for credit. Like you said, it isn't like they were trying to sell the image and it sure fit their topic well.
