Looking for a coupon stroke - PS

Does anyone have a stoke, pattern, shape, brush of the dotted lines that make an shape look like a coupon?

Canon 12x IS USM (S3 IS built-in Lens) -- 36-432mm (35mm EQ)

I figured something out, but I would still like to get my hands something like this if someone has something.

I can easily make one using a page layout program which you can import into PS -- let me know what dimensions you want and the thickness of the lines (in points) and I can save it for you as EPS, TIFF, or JPEG.

I think this is already in PS? Can't you draw your shape and then modify the stroke to a dashed line? I know you can in INDESIGN, so I don't see why you couldn't in PS.

No you can't do this in PS I wish you could but you can't.

Paul, I ended up creating 2 shapes 1 with a stroke which in return I deleted the stroke using the marquee tool and then overlayerd the copy shape to hide all the stoke errors when deleting. Then I decided not to use it at all, hahahaha. It looked crappy and I didn't care for it.

However if you find a way I could make some in the future I will need to for sure. I don't know what sizes I will need but if I could adjust the sizes that would be awesome.
