My ancestors used a very different method of dealing with captured enemies. They would cut two inch long toothpick sized splinters from the heartwood of a pine tree. Burns like gasoline. They'd make several thousand of these. Over a period of about an hour they'd stick them into every square centimeter of the captives skin. Once covered with these they'd lite them on fire. If the captive survived , simply rinse and repeat. That's what this perp deserves.
