I'm trying to help a relative with CS mail.
Apparently, AOL shut off the CS addresses recently. I've been trying to get their mail and move it to Gmail or Yahoo to no avail. I tried the online mailbox--it logs him in fine, but then gives me a mailbox error. It does show his contact list, but I can't send mail from the account, and I can't get Gmail to import that either--gmail gives me an error authenticating his AOL mail, but I'm sure it's just the same "mailbox" problem.
I tried accessing it through POP mail, and it told me that the email address has been canceled.
Has anyone gone through this and successfully migrated your mail elsewhere? Thanks in advance.
