Hahaa...yea I said that before too, bread in a bottle, I tell ya man, I'll drink a couple of brews and I'll be full all day long....helps me keep my one meal a day diet going!

Never heard of this -- do you have more info? I've made stout in the (long ago) past, but never got that "Guinness" taste myself.
Note that the "bread in a bottle" equation falls a little short unless you pop a couple spoonfuls of fiber as well ... :-(
