No, the
lowest scoring challenge
was just the other week, with pigeons.
Edit: Just realised you are asked about ribbons, as opposed to the Blue - I shall have a look.
I reckon not.

I think 6.3XXX is the lowest but I could be wrong

I came pretty close one time, at 4th place with a 5.97.
I see the previous post is the Yellow from the same challenge.

btw, I finally downloaded the info and figure out:
The overall average for challenges (weighted by number of entries/challenge) is 5.371
The average for challenges over the last year (again, weighted average) is 5.437
