At the MY Preferences screen there is a selection that says, "Show Challenge Entries
Show users' most recent challenge submissions with their forum posts"...

it shows THUMB and TITLE as the choices, yet when I read the forums I do not see the thumbnails or the titles... is this a bug or will this not take effect until the current challenge is over?

It's in the process of being worked on. It will be available soon, from what I understand.
