Welcome aboard. We are a pleasant, if slightly dysfunctional group. Except in challenges. Then we become viscous. (Yes, I know I spelled "vicious" wrong, but it was intentional this time. We have the "oil" challenge coming up.)

well. its been 5 months and I'm still here and not nuts yet. I'm learning a ton and starting to see some better results in my scores. I think you all just think you're crazy. In retrospect I think you are all pretty normal and in general very talented. Thanks for the comments here and on my photos. I'm on to you now. P.S. my disappearing act (if anyone noticed) in November was because I work in a nuclear Power Plant and we were in a refueling outage which meant 14 hour days...no time for anything fun. Should be pretty clear sailing now though.

Excellent choice of a username. I see I left a couple of less than enthusiastic comments for you and you are still coming back, so you have the DPC standard issue thick skin. Looks like I also gave a very high vote to your lines entry as well. Just be careful not to choose a poor recurring theme for your shots, like shoehorns or motorhomes.
You're doing great, with 9 challenges you already have a 6. score on one shot. Your portfolio needs some more pix to get views and to let people see how you like to shoot. Getting in a side challenge with a subject that you think you might enjoy would connect you with more people. Keep up the good stuff.
