I'm a Flickr user myself, but I also have accounts with Picasa and Windows live, neither of which I really use.
I have used photobucket as well.
Currently this is the only site I use predominately. I am a member of JPG Magazine and entered one or two of their challenges but I don't visit it very much. I have used Shutterfly for building my photo books along with blurb and picaboo.
I use Flickr, and browse the photos over at 1x.com, though I don't take an active part in the site other than trying to submit a photo now and again (they reject them all). Most of my photog time is spent here though.
I am also on Flickr. There are so many other sites out there, but you can't be part of everything. Only so many hours in the day. I find the two work well together. DPC gives me brutally honest feedback (My dad brought me up to not like cheap praise). Flickr has specialty user groups for every subject and piece of hardware and software you can think of.
I have an account on Worth1000, but I have not entered any contests there since discovering DPC. I still go over there now and then just to see some fun and amazing photoshopping.
Well, my flickr photostream is filling up so I may upgrade to pro. I love how easy it is to browse other photos and give and receive feedback. Flickr has more of a community feel than other sites that I've used.
Recently, I've been looking into this Fotopedia site. It's actually really cool, but I'm still struggling to understand its purpose.
