ah the wonders of mother natur! ;)
here's a photo i took of a friend's newborn girl this february, that reminded me of yours (though yours is better compostion-wise):


hope you don't mind that i played a bit with your shot, as i thought it looked a tad dark and cropped too tight:

thanks for the translation. ;)

actually the processing was just a simple curves to bump up the medium greys, then cloned out some stuff in the back and part of the hand, then copied the whole on a black background, cropped and finally smart sharpen. nothing fancy really ;)
