1 per challenge is correct. It won't *allow* you to enter more than one. For that matter, it won't allow you to enter any challenge for which you are not eligible either. Which means once you've entered one of the open challenges, then the other open challenge that week is closed to you. UNless you withdraw your entry in the first one, in which case both are open again until you choose to enter one or the other.
