Canon EOS-5D Mark II

I just picked up a used 5D for my back up cam. Only problem is I'm use to my 1D Mark III configured for thumb wheel sets the shutter and quick dial is aperture. The 5D is reversed. Is there any way to change this? I didn't see it in the options.
