Kenya Safari - any suggestions? - DPChallenge Forums

Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS

I am going to be in Nairobi from 31st July until 7th August this year and I'm looking for a budget safari for that week at least to see the Maasai Mara and some wildlife.

Looking back at past posts, this seems to be a fairly popular destination and so I wondered if anyone had any agencies that had used that were any good.

Heh... the safari-goers will load you up with so many minor requirements that you may be crippled into never going. :-D

I think I should have most of the gear from a recent trip to Nepal. And I've got a new passport, 6 visas, 2 (additional) vaccinations, and a motorbike license to get before I can go, so I'm up for it!
