Dang she's fast. But yeah, that's a Clark's Grebe :-) If it counts in my favor, I don't have to google it to know this, but then maybe she didn't either...

Actually it is a Western Grebe. The bill color is not orange like a Clarks, and the black goes below the eye on the face (on Clarks's the black is above the eye).
