Businesses in downtown Dayton are encouraged to leave the lights on until 11PM on Friday May 1st. There is also a photo contest associated with the event. Here is a link with more information.
FYI - Tim and I met up for the Dayton event and managed to get many great shots even though the weather was pretty crappy...we got drenched! I decided to enter the photo contest (my first ever) and to my surprise won first in the professional category for The River Runs Through It. toot toot!!
