How is it possible to have DQed photos in my favorites?

Only the thumbnail, I have one too. It seems they do want to respect our choice to put it in favs, while the shot is not available. I heard SC saying once that DQ'd shots are never deleted only made unaccesible.

I guess that way if they are ever reinstated (which I am sure never would happen) they still have it. Its fair enough :)
