"Dates and Locations
Festival Seminars will be held at the Pacific Coast Campus Photography facility of Long Beach City College from Wednesday April 1st to Saturday April 4th, 2009. The campus is located at 1305 E. Pacific Coast Hwy in Long Beach, CA."

It's free and they even give you a free parking pass.
