To be honest though, I couldn't do that weekend anyway because my parents need me specifically that weekend to help sort out my late grandmother's house (talk about booking me well in advance!).

That's really disappointing to miss the GTG.
Damn...it would have been great to meet up with you. If it makes it easier I can rearrange to make the GTG either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday....whatever suits people....! I will probably be bringing Kita with me to the GTG...while Damion entertains our two boys elsewhere.
There is a possibility that I can do the Wednesday (I run a playgroup, but maybe I can get someone to fill in for me), but see what suits everyone else.

Sorry Judi, I just don't think I'm going to be able to make it. I would have loved to see everyone, but it is just not working out for me at the moment. I've hardly been taking any photos lately either 'cause I have morning sickness that's lasting 24 hours a day. I hope it settles down soon, because I miss my camera!
