Entered this //www.dpchallenge.com/image.php?IMAGE_ID=769774 in the Self Portrait without people Challenge and was a little disappointed with the end score, but then thought maybe it was voted low because, although it is a trophy figurine, it may be interpreted as a person. Can people give me a critique on the photo and also let me know if it failed for that reason or it's just the average pic as it was voted. Thanks in advance.
It also seems far easier to figure out why someone else's shot didn't work than with our own "masterpieces". I've actually taken to trying to predict the critiques I will receive before the challenge. I'm getting better and am often right these days. Now if I can just apply it when I first take the shot.
