As far as the composite goes, the lighting on the subject just doesn't go with the background lighting, so it does not fly for me, at all.
As far as the lighting on the subject himself goes, the look of the subject himself, it's all very nciely done to my eye EXCEPT that the highlights on the hair seem wildly out of place and much too prominent.
