Since I've been kinda having a case of winter doldrums myself I decided to watch this again. And naturally, I figured it was a good time as any to give this thread a little bump. (A nudge perhaps)
My original post was two years ago in February of 2009. Just a week or so ago I linked to another zarias . com article that as it turned out, had a bunch of spyware etc. on it. I remember now that Zack mentioned in his blog that he was changing ISP's because of the problem, however the linked video is on his old site. I don't recommend it now, and if anyone has any problems I'll be glad to delete the link. _Ray

Yeah, his site is in the process of switching over still.
You can find the video on youtube though as well, and it is free of that issue.
"Transform" on youtube This way you avoid the spyware issues of Zack's old hosting.
