I'm on my calibrated monitor at work and I can't see it. I can often see subtleties on this monitor that don't show up on others. All I can see is a little bit of grey pixelation between the branches, and that is probably not what you are talking about.
There can be no visible noise... because all of the pixels are exactly the same shade, namely R=252, G=248, B=247. So it is not white (255, 255, 255) but close to it. There are a few jpeg compression "flies" around the trees, that's all.
