not sure where Katie gets her info, but yes, everything that Scooter said is correct and also there are usually 2 challenges each week that are exclusive meaning you have to choose one to enter.
Kichu, you are a registered user. Registered Users can enter either one or the other of the Exclusive Open challenges, plus any other special challenge open to registered users. If it says "Member Challenge" you wouldn't be able to enter unless you were a Member.

Yep! Oh, and make sure they're all taken within the time frame specified. The Best of 2008, for instance, has to have been taken in 2008. The "Life" entry must have been taken between January 5th and January 11th.
