Okay, so one of my goals for 2009 is to work with lighting more. I would have to say it is my weakest point (and sharpness but we won't get into that).
So I have been experimenting around with a workshop lamp and a 100 Watt lightbulb, but have found that it just makes the lighting more harsh.
What do you guys do to diffuse the light, get even lighting, with simple tools? I want to know what kind of lamps you're using, what Watt of bulbs, the kind of bulbs, and any other detail you can think of. My ultimate goal is to light a setup scene a little better (not necessarily portraits, but those too).
I just wanted to bounce some ideas off you as I'm looking to go buy a few more things to aid in this quest. Thanks again!
