Can you turn this into a birthday cake?

Tomorrow is my 'little' brothers 18th birthday and I need your help!

I have scanned a photo of him from when he was little and I desperately want to make it good enough to be printed onto his birthday cake! Here's the shot...

I'd also like 'Happy 18th Birthday Will' placed around the image some how.

As you can see its not the greatest image but if any of you have some spare time to try and make it a bit more printer friendly and add the text I would be very grateful! I've attempted it myself but its not looking any better :o( Fingers crossed someone else can have a better go at it than me!

It looks great!

Btw a really fun site to go see is www.cakewrecksblogspot.com. (obvously your cake does NOT count as a wreck).

Pics of cakes made ummmm errr by 'professional' cake artists, be they wage slaves at WallyWorld or similar. However there are also aboslutely frickin amazing, beautiful cakes...check out the Obama cake, made up of about oh 1200 cupcakes...just fo starters! :-)
