With so many threads bemoaning customer service, I just wanted to go on record that smugmug has always provided good customer service for me in the almost two years I've been a pro-member/user/whatever you want to call it.
However, today, they went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure my customer got exactly what she wanted, even though the order placed was incorrect.
So, on the off-chance that any of the smugmug team sees this -- THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
