I don't think there is a "best site", but these two are very competitive, price wise, and have given me excellent customer service.

BHPhoto
Adorama

In Canada, I've used Henry's. Excellent site and customer service too.

Canon EOS Rebel T6s

Camera Canada has some of the best prices I've seen on the net. If you decide to buy somewhere local that price matches, be sure to check these guys out. When I bought my drebel from Futureshop they matched Camera Canada who had the lowest price I could find anywhere.
