Elgibility is as of the beginning of November. If you win something after 00:01 November 1, 2008, then it does not count against you.
Hey, this is not right! I like the idea....but the rules are wrong. (IMHO)
I have one 1 ribbon. So I cannot enter the masters challenge. I have never been nominated in the posthumous thread, so I cannot enter. So now you decide that NO RIBBONS is the rule of the day here? so I cannot enter here either? Makes no sense.
May I humbly suggest that you adjust this to read one or less ribbons? So that people like me are not left in limbo?
