...to hear your opinions on what editing steps were included in making of photographs on THIS WEBSITE. Not saying I'm astonished with the outcome, I'm just curious.

It'd be almost impossible to know what editing steps were taken.
I'm confident that there was probably very little though, and that the lighting setups were paramount. The images on the TVs were obviously added in post. Some possible HDR but mostly to enhance the lighting instead of creating it like HDR on DPC mostly does.
Probably a bit of clean-up work as is usual in professional design photography.
There is a very good possibility they are 3D renders. These days, it is hard to tell, but seeing as I work in the industry, I have a pretty good sense. The tv screens are definitely added in post production.
Yeah, I'm also pretty sure about the TVs but I think it's the light that makes the photos, plus the color combination of the furniture and other details.
