This is prob too short notice but figured from the hammering I got last time for going on my own from CERTAIN people (you know who you are)
Im leaving early Sat morning to hike up to the Lake Agnes tea house at Lake Louise to shoot the falls there running between the lakes. Im hopping to leave Calgary by around 8:00am to give myself enough daylight to make the hike and get back before dark.
The weather is calling for scattered flurries and +2C, still if you are coming then LAYER UP. It does get chilly but its also easy to overheat.
As for distance all I know is its about 7km return, roughly 3.5km each way with knowing the area the trail should be a fairly easy walk, Im not pushing it Im going to be taking my time on this one so should be a good sorta easy day :)
Anyway chime in here if you are interested in going and we will pick a meeting place, most likely the Petro Canada gas station just past the Cochrane overpass on the Trans Canada highway.
