The photo set up was easy to do and I hope by explaining how I did this some of you creative can take this idea and run. Ok, here's how I did it.
I first took off the tires from the rims (why, I don't know). Next I set the bike upside down, rims to the sky. I shot this at night in a pitch black room. In order to get the rim to glow I taped a white glow stick to it. I set up the tripod and spun the rim and let the camera do the rest. That's it, nothing more. As far a editing, the ONLY thing I did was crop. Nothing more, nothing less.
