I did a really sucky job and made up 3 quick tutorials on how I edited one of my recent images. It is very basic, but you should get the idea. I edit almost all of my images with a similar process, so nothing really changes except what type of texture I use, and some of my burning methods (I will make another post on the more advanced burning and dodging methods sometime). I hope that it helps, if not please just ignore.

BTW, what app do you use to do your screen recordings with? I am looking for something inexpensive for both work and home. (Windows) Complex and powerful is fine for me, but my coworker needs easy and straightforward. Something that I can learn myself and then teach her the basics with 30 minutes over the phone.
I used Cam Studo. It is completely free, so that is good. It didn't do a very good job, but then I realized that I had the quality set 70% so that explains it. It will also make a flash file for you, but YouTube just works so easily that I decided to go that route.
Thanks. I've tried another free one called Debut video recorder. Fairly easy to use and a good amount of options, but i can't get it to produce a video file that is a reasonable file size without tons of compression making the unviewable. I'll have a google for that one.
