oh, I was not talking about swaping lenses, just we all shoot the same subject with our own camera and lenses from the same spot, you know line up the tripods in a row and just shoot something we all agree on, then we compare all the photos to see how each lens does
Oh, why not...I can post my pictures for comic relief, I suppose!
Laurie, you would be suprised at what your camera will do, you can look on this site for pics taken with your camera model and you will see some nice shots.
I looked at your photos in your profile and you have some good ones there.
Also at fossil rim I hope to get some good pointers from the others that will be there, this will be a great learning experience...
I've actually been kind of pleased with the camera since Santa brought it last Christmas...for a mom like me, it's been great for pics of the kids and for use at work with our students and their babies. But just reading the manual that goes with it is like trying to read, well...trying to read a technical manual (duh). I am more of a try-as-you-go person, and I can't wait to see what all I can do!!!!
I have 1 well traveled Cabella's tan safari jacket, free to a good home. Size medium. It seems it no longer fits. The 35 pounds gained since it was purchased (many years ago) have taken a final toll. My closet is now full of XL's.
So if anyone would provide adoption for a "seasoned" fotog's jacket, I would be happy to pack it. Otherwise it will end up at a garage sale and not get the respect it deserves. If free is a problem, then I will gladly accept a cold beer as equal trade value (2 if you insist). No tears, worn threads, or other signs of mis-use. Just well traveled and needs a good home. I'd even ship it to you before hand.
