The Website says it happens weekends 10/11 thru 11/30, so there are several choices.
It's over an hour and a half drive for me, so unless I get someone else to go, I'll probably skip it. (Haven't found the box w/ my corset yet anyway, lol).
If we can get a group together, I'm in!! I love Ren fest, but I've never been to this one. I always go to Scarborough. :) It's a haul for me to drive, but if we do it on a Saturday, I'll come down Friday night!! But...I have to rent a costume...(hangs head in shame...)
I go every year to several of their events. I have acquainted myself with a few of the actors. And the fairies love me :D
I would be up to going if we get a group to go.
I have to leave early Sunday morning the 19th for a conference - so I'd rather not go that weekend. (Which is too bad since that's Fairy weekend, lol).
The Highland (Nov 15/16) and Celtic Christmas (Nov 28-30, Thanksgiving weekend) sound the most interesting to me, but I'm willing to work w/ anyone's schedule.
Kat - I don't have a costume either. Somewhere in my unpacked moving boxes I have a corset (that may or may not fit) that I bought years ago at a NY Ren Fair, but even if I find it, I'd just wear it w/ a blouse and broomstick skirt from my closet.
And let me know if you'd like a roommate. I'm not a morning person, so driving up the night before sounds good to me, lol.
But...lol...if we don't go Faire weekend...where will Jaime's love be?? rofl!!
