Pic 1 - automatic, F4.0, 1/500, ISO 100
Pic 2 - manual, F5.0, 1/1000, ISO 100
and thankyou both for the comments, spent a lot of time trying diff settings, some of which worked. Need to get a bigger memory stick for the camera though....still only have the one it came with
