Do any of the rulesets allow for the submission of composite images such as panoramas? More directly is can a series of offset images of the same subject be stitched together to form a complete image of that single subject under any of the existing rules.

It looks like the "expert (trial)" ruleset does.

You may:
* combine multiple photographs to produce your entry. All additional photographs must be taken by you after the challenge is announced with a digital camera that records EXIF data.
