Art Roflmao can you help!?!? LOL

This photo was taken by some one at my hubby's work. These are his employees with Bill Clinton. The guy on the left in the photo sent a few of these and asked me if I could "make them better", so the first thought that came to mind was godzilla.

I thought godzilla behind the guy on the very left blowing fire ??

or have fun with it. I would appreciate it SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!
