The threads for the site? If you mean the list of website suggestions, the SC keeps an ongoing list. If that's not what you mean, I don't know what you mean. :)
Excuse my clarity---I mean the Web Site Suggestion threads that have actually contributed to the site, or the ones that made the difference! (if that's possible to see a list)...I like DPC's idea of a democratic website in which the people have insight, and i just wanted to know which bills have been made laws.

How about making the list of suggestions, and maybe their assigned priority, visible to us on the site!
The sysops may want to investigate using a bug tracking system for collecting suggestions (and bugs, though there are thankfully few here) and giving users here access to it. One good one written in PHP, which is easy to use, is Mantis, which I've used and like. There are numerous other free ones as well.
Here are some of the suggestions that I know of that have been implemented (I've known about DPC for less than a year, and only really started paying attention to site improvement type stuff once I became a member of the Site Council). Some of these were never posted to the public Web Site Suggestions forum, but some have been.
1) Add thumbnail to the "My Submissions" box
2) Implement icons for those who have not specified a gender
3) Add a DPCPrints forum (here, here)
4) Remove unnecessary reference to third-party web statistics page that would occasionally cause the home page to be slow (here, here)
5) Make the referrer URL in the DPCPrints referral report clickable (here)
6) Send an email confirmation for each DPCPrints order (here)
7) Show available balance on the sales report page (here)
8) Provide a user-selectable option to suppress signatures when viewing the forums (here)
9) Make "request for proof" information visible on the home page instead of just an email request (here)
10) Implement a "challenge archive" report to make it easy to see if a challenge has already been done (here and here)
11) Show "average vote (commenters)" in the statistics section when viewing a challenge entry at full-size; this used to only be visible when viewing the "challenge results" thumbnail summary
12) Add percentile column to user profile page (here)
