Not really familiar with them except that they have tried to sue just about everybody else in the area of panoramic imaging, they think they own the whole damn technology.
They are the reason that PanoTools cannot "defish" an image with a FoV of over 160 degrees, for example. They forced the author to remove the functionality under threat of lawsuit.
For that reason alone I would not deal with them.
