and then there is the wonderful iPlayer that BBC have these days.. pure viewing bliss, cant wait until they put some of their back-catalog up online. Doesn't work outside of the UK but thats nothing a quick proxy-server hook up wouldn't fix.

and there is always freeview if, like Matthew says, one needs a Carol Vorderman "Are you in debt? Then take out another loan." advert fix.
