I will be in Chicago for about a week. I'm looking for some suggestions on some places to visit. Specifically for taking some photos. Thanks in advance.
Museum Campus, Millennium Park, top of the Sears Tower or John Hancock at dusk. Museums and galleries. No shortage of places to shoot. Lots of great DPC members in Chicago too. Maybe an impromptu GTG. I might even be persuaded to come down for a day...
You can take a River Taxi and shoot from the river, which is always interesting. Don't forget Navy Pier or the water tower. Then there's just walking around. Opportunities abound.
Make sure you go to Riverdale, Roseland, and West Pullman. I would reccomend going late at night and by yourself. Just doing my part ot help you get some great shots while you are there!

My favorites are Navy Pier, Brookfield Zoo and of course.. shopping downtown! I think the Bears have their first Pre-season game the first weekend in August too if you're interested! You should definatly have some Chicago Style Pizza and a beer or two on Rush Street!
