The VOTING PUBLIC SUCKS! I've got a 4.45 going on my March Free Study. I should be able to get that w/o looking through the lense or doing any post processing. Why so harsh?
I am low but I am still around my average 5 so what do I know.... Give comments or I will never get better and there will be mediocore pictures for years to come. mhahaha.

So much for my goal to be my last free study entry, I'll be lucky to beat my lowest scoring shot. Stiff competition, or so I thought.....
I have a photo in "out of place" that I entered for fun, not score (for a change). I figured it would garner at least a low to mid 5 and possibly a 6 if people liked my idea. That one was at around 6.6 after 12 votes and is now sitting at 4.7 with 163 votes.
My photo in the March Challenge was at 7.2 after 10 votes, then dropped rapidly to 5.6 after 53 votes. Personally I had it pegged for a mid 6.
Yes, the voting seems unusually harsh this week. Let's hope it's harsh for EVERONE and not just a few of us. Eh, my average vote received needed to come down sometime anyway. :D
I just went through the entire free study photos and just about all of them failed to meet the challenge. They just didn't speak 'free study' to me. Very sad. Just about everyone got a 1.

Count me in, too. Went from a personal-worst 4.8 to 4.2 overnight on a well-exposed photo with a clearly out of place element. Geez... even my votes are out of place!
