A rather unique variety of panhandler. Instead of just sitting there asking for money they hang around traffic intersections and clean windshields for a "donation". We have 'em here in Calgary too.

However, there are more advanced kids that will train geese, kondors, and in one extreme case there was a sighting of a flying elephant code named "dumbo" regardless to say the window was left beyond squeegee kids ability to clean.
