I cant be sure, but I think it looks like you forgot to color in one of her legs! Also, to me it looks fairly dark, I would try and lighten it up a bit without washing it out. Just my thoughts =)
You have 3 interesting elements here. The gentlemen on the right seems to be interacting with something or someone. The gentle men walking on the right side has an interesting expression. Finally the women in red walking away.
I feel like I want to know what's going on with each element of interest. Great shot.

I don't know about the others, I can only say that the gentlemen in the right is not interacting with anyone, he's talking to himself. He's one of those homeless crazy dudes. He's the one that got my attention the others were just accidentaly there :)
Yea but since we usualy don't know the storyes of the people we photograph in situations like this, are we not allowed to imagine a story? Besides, it reminded me of the classic movie/book/cartoon with the same title. I first wanned to call it "Lady in red" but it felt too much a clichee...

the most famous application of this idea is probably in "Schindler's List" of Steven Spielberg, applied in a very dramatic way.
oh, gosh, i'm not intending to irritate, i just think "tramp" is a bit pejorative (albeit the word is given a cutsy spin in the disney film). i actually like "lady in red." also, the title implies that they are somehow connected which they are not in this photo. if the foreground guy were seeming to be looking at her or they were somehow engaged, it might seem more appropriate to me.

Actually, if you like the suggestion, I would have titled it something like:
"Tramping Around".
In that case, you would have left the key (and the responsibility) of the interpretation to the viewer.

you don't iritate at all I whas just wondering and well I'm not a good english speaker so I sometimes don't see the pejorative sense of words :) I learned english from movies and music mostly so that old cartoon I saw when I was little came in my mind :)

And it was a red coat too.
I didn't see Schindler's list, but I showed it to a friend today and what he said whas "cool like Schindler's list" I didn't said anything couse i didn't see the movie but now I understand what he whas saying.
