I wouldn't do it. Not if I were you anyway. If I were me, (and I guess I am) well than I might just give it a shot. But before deciding I would really need to consider all of the options, possible outcomes, etc. On the other hand, sometimes just jumping right in there is the way to go.
If you do do it..( I said do do!!)...make sure there are no video cameras around, use any lubrication you have available, and if at all possible do it in the road.
I would suggest proceeding with great caution, and perhaps consult with an attorney that specializes in such matters, especially if the plan is to "just do it" downtown in a pink tutu.
