her 'belly' is a watermelon that was cut in half with the knives sticking into it.
The blood was tomatoe sauce...and the amount of blood was her idea. (our bathroom smelled like a pizza for the rest of the night) I wanted to go for a small subtle amount..she said to go all out. In the end, I thought it was a horrifying picture and I submitted it.
